There's no fixed routine. Each treatment starts with a short conversation about what's going on — where the tension is, how long it's been there, what you do day to day, and what you want from the session. A desk worker with locked-up shoulders and a runner with tight calves get very different treatment, and that's the point.

John is a qualified Sports Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer, so treatment is informed by an understanding of how the body actually moves and loads — not just where it hurts.

Same price across all treatments — you're paying for time and expertise, not a menu. Sessions run Monday to Saturday, 9:00am–11:00pm (subject to booking), with Sundays available on request, at Cornwallis Business Centre, Howard Chase, Basildon SS14 3BB. A 24-hour cancellation policy applies.
